I bought 5 new bolts for each brake rotor on the bike (changing rims). In the package were two mysterious smaller bolts. Does the R18 base model have tire pressure sensors? I don't think mine does.

They can have, but I am not sure. A loaner I had from BMW had them.

BMW says don't re-use rotor bolts. New price is $11.5 each. Are these worth anything?

Now is probably not the best time to say this, but I reuse my bolts. I use threadlock and have never replaced discs on the same bike twice but they have never come loose and remained at the correct torque across all makes. You might get a few $ on ebay or Craigslist if you can be bothered. I'd put them in a drawer for hoarding
