18” 21” conversion

How all, I did drop this on another thread but an old ld one so i thought id start afresh. I’ve been geeking (as you do) and I was looking at the BM vid , Nordic style’ I like this as it’s one of the few that isn’t ‘bobbered’ and I don’t want to bobber mine, but do want 21-18 conversion. Has anyone done this and would share their experiences.
I’m in the UK and have been looking for fender risers but everything is Harley, suggestions?
Also the wheels I’m planning on getting are the RSD 21-3.5 and 18-5.5. The tyre company said I can fit a 200 section rear which I’m tempted by, purely from a looks pov. Struggling for a 60 section front ( to minimise the wheel size increase) so may have to be 70.

Ce que je peux affirmer car j'ai eu du mal à le suivre, c'est que ça passe beaucoup mieux en virage serré !
