Engine crash bars for the Bagger

I just installed the Hornig engine guards for my R18B and thought I would chime in here as well. They seem to be very well made and the weld quality and finish work and powder coating is excellent and matches the frame pretty much perfectly. Here are my suggestions when it comes to installing...

    20" 7Jurock screen

Nice SINKA btw. :) It's almost like we could be twins (kinda). :)

    Mounting bmw high windscreen

CB- for me, it didn’t solve the buffeting issue. I’ve taken both the stock screen and the TC screen and have tried putting a disruptive edging on both, and that didn’t help. I’ve taped over the opening at the bottom of the screen to see if that will disrupt it, and none of that seems to help...

I want winglets on my bagger but I don't want to do any modifications

Hi Anibal- sorry for the delay in replying. They are fixed position but do seem to help with the buffeting. Here’s the link to the exact product I purchased. R18B winglet

    Mounting bmw high windscreen

It’s actually the fact that for me, the TC screen didn’t solve my buffeting issues.

    Mounting bmw high windscreen

Pierre I bought a TC windscreen off of ebay from a Chinese seller for about $150USD shipped and admittedly, I am not in love with it. Also, at 5'10" with a 32" inseam I am not convinced that it provides any less buffeting to my full face helmet than the stock screen did. I hope my pictures...

Is it possible to reset service warning

As a slight update, I was able to reset my factory service indicator with the GS911 USB model. I had to update the software on my PC, but it immediately recognized the bike, added it to my registry and reset the date for me.

I want winglets on my bagger but I don't want to do any modifications

I just bought what I think is the same thing off of Ebay, and just mounted them to my R18B. It isn't that I'm unwilling to spend the money on the OEM stuff, but I wanted to give this a try to see if it reduced the buffeting I am feeling off of the fairing right about in the mid-helmet spot. I...

    Switching from a Gs

It's a timely thing for this thread to pop up, as I have had my 2022 R18B for a few weeks now and I am having difficulty in framing up my satisfaction with the bike in comparison to my other primary bike, my 2020 R1250GSA. I have had GS bikes for the past decade and have ridden them all over...

    Lithium Batteries

I also have a lithium Antigravity battery in my GSA and the difference in cranking power is phenomenal. Just make sure that if you do convert to that type of battery you use the appropriate battery tender in the process.

    Wunderlich leg rest

I love them, but think that the price would keep me away. I feel like about half of that would be an appropriate price point.

    Greetings from Chandler, Arizona.

Hello everyone-- My name is Paul, and I just recently added a leftover 2022 BMW R18B to my small fleet. I have been a BMW owner and rider since about 1995, having owned a bunch of K-bikes, followed up by a series of GS bikes when I moved to Arizona in 2004. I currently have a 2020 BMW R1250GS...
