Unless you’re using Apple Music, you need to select and start the playlist before hand. Then you can skip tracks via the wonder wheel. It seems BMW only offers full music functionality with Apple Music.

You can also use BaseCamp and import routes into the Connected app. Note that when using BaseCamp you should name your waypoints in order alphabetically, like such: 01- Start 02- Lunch 03- End Otherwise the Connected app could bring in the waypoints in the incorrect order, otherwise it works...

Why didn’t BMW put wireless charging above the gas tank? I’m sure you can think of a very good reason if you try hard enough.

The new boxers have 12k service intervals because they’re water cooled. The air/oil cooled boxers need to be checked earlier because of this.

I thought the R18 TC I sold was probably the best long distance touring bike, aside from the 2016 GoldWing I had.

I sold my 21 R18 TC for a 22 K1600 GTL. The TC is a great bike and I would’ve liked to have kept it. I’ll miss the ACC, but to be honest I really didn’t use it that much. Unfortunately I can only have one bike, and the GTL fits my needs for that. Good luck with your decision.

My previous 2016 GoldWing actually had the best protection from the elements of all the bikes I’ve had.
