They are held on with slow cure hot glue. Heat up the OEM mirrors with a heat gun, pry off the old plano mirrors. Apply a liberal amount of hot glue to the new convex mirrors and stick them on.

Add a heel shifter and install the new Wunderlich lowered floorboards. That’ll help a lot.
