Very happy with the exception of its Wi-Fi which is so slow you can’t practically download footage which means I have to remove the side panel and remove the memory card. Only takes a few mins but not possible if on the road.

I suspect that for copy protection etc BrenTune have it sewn up pretty tightly. They strongly advise removing the tune at service time. Another negative feature is that when you sell the bike, the hardware etc cannot be transferred to the new owner.

Partly. The other reason is that should BMW carry out an ECU re-set, you will lose your tune and BrenTune will charge again for the program. This will cost you somewhere around $135.00 BrenTune make this very clear in their instructions.

As advised by BrenTune I will remove the tune when taking the bike in for service.

Definitely sounds like a successful outcome to me. I was lower deck but my son is a Captain in the British Army Intelligence Core and currently serving in Augusta, GA on secondment to the US. He is an Afghanistan veteran and still only 28. Very proud of him.
