It’s not meant to be separated, you can’t buy spare lenses like you can with most HD models. You need to replace the assembly unfortunately.

Waved it goodbye and an end to R18 ownership for now. Attempted to buy a 100 Years edition but woeful px offers and no discount on the anniversary bike were the final straw amongst other things.

It looks just like the CC seat for the R18/ Classic but will fit the B/ TC and has heating. There’s pics on here somewhere of one fitted to a TC which had been modified to fit. 77342469399 is the part number for a heated Mustang Cross Country seat for the B/TC models. They were meant to be available early Feb, worth asking your dealer.

CMC? Always thought their prices are strong especially on used HD where their prices seem to be at or even above HD dealer prices which to me is insane. R18 range in the UK is back on 0% and I suspect a final push to get them sold before pulling the plug in the UK market which is a shame.

Why? I’ve had BMW cars with CarPlay and just used the idrive controller. One of them was touchscreen but I didn’t use it and it’s not a necessity for the CarPlay feature to function.

Is the set screw not the same size as the one that comes with the new lever? It will be an allen key probably 4 or 5mm at a guess and you’ll need to just undo it a little turn at a time with the short end. Remember we use the metric system here in Europe so you may need some new tools 😉 Good...
