Ahhhhh, thank you kindly LBV. Yours is also a lovely one. That scheme in the sun is awesome, but to be honest, I think they all are.😁

Not to star a thing but I think you find is the other way around 😉 I believe the town in New Mexico was named after the Spanish Duke of Alburquerque title, given to Beltrán de la Cueva in 1464, the third Duke from the then town of Alburquerque in Spain .

    New R18B owner in Iowa!

Congratulations on your B and welcome aboard. If I was going to add something to the B, it would be the winglets for the fairing to mitigate a bit of the air turbulence and crash bars do the engine, that one is a life saver. Other than that, she is perfect. Enjoy 👍

    Customs R18

Yearly Road Tax badge holder. In the UK we used to have these mounted on the bike, mainly on the steering column. Thank goodness we moved with the times and it is now done electronically, so no need to display them anymore, it is now linked to your number plate. I am aware that some countries...

    A win for BMW

I bought these from eBay. Not OEM, just a cheap £35.00 job. Let me tell you, the buffeting has disappeared by 90%. I have the standard B windshield and I am 1.76cm tall. They don’t retract but they are so minimalistic and thin that you can’t hardly notice them.

New to the R18 family but not to BMW.

Welcome aboard Jorge and congratulations on your gorgeous new dragon fire red B, what a stunner. I picked a set of cheap winglets from EBay, plug and play and 4 screws that fit on the screw wholes the B has already attaching the back of the fairing. They totally eliminated the wind buffeting on...

Hi Jason, Welcome aboard and congratulations on your 23 B. Post a picture once you’ve got her, we like to see what other members have 😂. Can’t comment on aftermarket seats as I have the 719 option and a custom built one. I also don’t use back rest or racks but I am sure someone will come to your...

    Reputable Seller or Scam

@R2K. Thank you for posting this and making everyone aware. Hopefully the scum bag will be flushed out and sends a direct message to all scammers out there. When folks have something in common, mainly passion or hobbies, scammers use that as a point of entry/weak link to wiggle their way in and...

    New 2024 Roctane

Same here on my model B, although I have the floor boards instead of pegs. I have done some pretty tight bends and crazy roundabouts and I am yet to scratch the underneath of the boards.
