Id be inclined to wonder if my dealer was tryn to pull something fishy on the deal... but for the fact they pulled all the other R18s off the website. However -- plugging in other R18's on the official BMW motorcycle recall search found here...

Just got news from the dealer I was about to plunk a deposit on the Classic I was looking at --paniced when I saw it delisted on the web site. He said R18's with Revrse have a recall now.

I read somewhere some guy tried the R18 and he absolutely hated the bike bc the lousy quality of the ride. Then he tried the Classic and fell head over heels. Geeez. Is there THAT much difference? Initially I'm wanting the Classic because while I much prefer the naked bike look, so the bags...

I never go faster than 80 in my car. I think I hit 85 once. Hahha. So I can't imagine myself wanting to go faster than 80 or 90 mph on a motorcycle. Just some stupid thing stuck in my newbie brain that says more "power/faster = better". :ROFLMAO:
