R 18 side badges.

As im going down the 'black' route. im planning on spreaying side panes black requiring the removal of the badges. These have some funny fixings, can they be reused? alternativly are there black BM replacements? i cant find any online?

Maybe consider order parts for the ROCTANE, they offer a black-out version, including the dark smoked chrome pieces.

I actually don't know... I should had experimented more with the R18 Bobber Project and the Model B when I had both of them simultaneously.. Perhaps visit a BMW dealership and see if they will let you try fitting your side panels on a ROCTANE or visa-versa..

My dealership was always very cool when I was trying to figure out the TC Auxiliary Lights and such, that I wanted to add to my Model B; they let me tinker around on the showroom floor and photograph electrical connections and assisted with ordering parts and such.

The actual side panels are a different shape on the Roctane. If you want stick on aluminium badges, Aliexpress awaits your order. My new tank and rear guard badges were lovingly sent from there at a grand total price of about $15.
The side panels for the Pure also changed in ‘25.

Get some ‘Black Edition’ ones from our friends in China. There are various choices, they are metal and require no screws.
