R18B
After a couple long, cold months, I finally got the R18B back from the dealer after having them do the reverse recall and check on some noises that seemed new after having them bring it back from the reverse unwiring (long story, but they put the RSD accessory levers on and messed up the clutch pushrod, which seems to have started a cascade of problems).

Got out for a jaunt today. Went about 30 miles. Shifted up into 5th after a curve, felt like the clutch slipped, lost all acceleration and the ability to downshift past 4th. Coasted to a stop, turned it off, turned it back on. Terrible noise coming out of the motor/transmission. My day was done. Luckily my dealer was able to come pick me up, but we’re thinking it’s going to be a total transmission replacement.

Less than 4k miles on the thing. A bit disappointed, to say the least.

Scary to think I could have cause issues with putting the RSD levers on my bike... Wow attention to detail....
When they brought it back after doing the levers, I had no clutch action in the lever. Fixed that issue myself and then had some clutch chatter I wasn’t sure I heard prior. Not sure if this is directly related to the transmission pooping the bed today, but I was at about 3500 worry-free miles before now.
