Does the r18B have a quick shift？ Like only start gear need to disengaging clutch，and then no need disengaging clutch ,can direct lift directly ？

I want to say "yes", only because I have done it accidentally... especially since I don't really know how to do it or can't explain how to do it from a transmission standpoint... I somehow moved from 3rd gear to 4th gear without engaging the clutch...

Ooooooo, as a one off you should ok, but I would not make a habit out of it. It is possible on any bike and older cars for that matter to change gears by timing the revs. I did that a few times on an MZ250 when the clutch cable snapped in town but you are risking braking the gears.
On modern bikes with quick shifting or shift assist like BMW calls it, there is some black magic done to the gear box and basically works by keeping the revs up and simply up shifting without touching the clutch lever but this is an optional extra added to the bikes. Namely the K1600B I tested had it. Comfy as hell I would say. I believe other bikes like the S1000RR also have the capability.

Yes my K1600 has that ability but I rarely use it
I think that when you have spent all your life using the clutch, it is a hard habit to break when presented with the capability of not using it. For example, I know I have linked breaks, yet, I find myself lightly pressing the rear brake pedal in conjunction with the front when coming to a full stop. I don’t press it hard enough to feel the ABS pulsating but I always do it. I don’t think it hurts the bike in any case.
