Anybody do the DGR?

BMW R18C, Triumph Speedmaster, Honda CB1100Ex, Yamaha SR400
Some think it's goofy, but I think it's goofy in a cool way. I did the Baltimore one. Lots of cities have many more participants, but the roughly 75 or so that attended here was a great group. Many seem to know one another from prior events, and keep in touch through the year.

Wife and I rode a tankful plus on the R18. It was a ride solo thing.
The best part of the gentleman’s ride for me is all the coolest bikes.

We rode in St. Paul, Minnesota. Humid mostly overcast day but no rain thankfully. 150 riders. Lots of questions and mostly positive comments about the R18. It really is better in person, the R18 I mean. I forget that sometimes then a “holy crap! I’ve never seen one in person! Look at the size of those cans!” Kinda snaps me back into reality.
