R18 Anniversary Edition
Does anyone know if replacing the pegs with BMW floor boards is as easy as pulling a pin? I have not owned a bike with pegs for 15 years.

No you need to replace the brackets along with the kickstand 🥴

Go to aliexpress, you’ll get cheap ones and you won’t have to change kickstand and all. Installation may be tricky.
I just ordered a set of BMW boards but may cancel if the "aliexpress" boards work. Huge price difference.

Don't go that way!!! Very uncomfortable in terms of gear and brake position

Hi, something to be aware of with the pillion floorboards, on my 2022TC was cleaning after a days outing, right hand side pillion board in odd position in between up & down when I went to push it back up it came off the bike altogether!!
Was very lucky in driveway & not down the road somewhere & able to find small spring & ball bearing that assist to keep floorboard in correct position. The circlip on floorboard retaining pin had come off & pin had vibrated out. I then checked the other side & was able to very easily remove it’s circlip without much effort at all.
I have since replaced both pins with 75 x 8 mm stainless bolts with nylock nuts, something to be aware of!
cheers

Smart move Micp to go with nylock nuts. I have had circlips come off, and even discovered a missing circlip during routine inspection.
