Inflating Tires

We had a cool front that brought temps down. My tires needed air. Went to my local gas station and aired the tires. It was a PITA! I have a Classic and the small wire wheels made it difficult. BMW should have 90 degree stem valves. Rant over.

You would think BMW would put the 90 degree stems on the classic. Installing air is a pain in a Classic especially at a gas station where you typically have to pay for it.

I recently bought this Ryobi inflated which works great. It is very portable, has an accurate gauge and fills instantly. Check it out.

Bought this last year & take it with me whichever bike I’m on. Takes awhile to inflate a tyre if it needs a lot of air but it manages. Still need the valve adaptors on my Classic though.
My GS has spoked wheels but BMW sensibly put 90’ valves as standard. Maybe it’s because the GS tyres are tubeless?
