Have used used them early on due to lack of factory info. Joined BMWOA right then. A good outfit.

It’s not in English but it’s pretty easy to follow along.

So, the R18 has adjusters and doesn't use the shim design. It appeared that the tech was rotating the rear to achieve TDC. I couldn't tell, but assume the the letter T lines up with the window. I need to watch the complete video. This is good info!!
