Which inner Tube for 180/65B16 on BMW R18 Classic??

US based, my cycelgear store got the 180/65B16 Metzeler Cruisetec for my R18 classic but does not know which tube is the right one?

I only found the Bridgestone 180/70-15 | 7.50/8.00-15 and wondering if this would work?

After some research and several calls with my local BMW dealer, it turned out that the bike has a unique inner tube "Inner Tube 15/16" F With Valve 34G - Naturkautschuk - BMW-Motorrad (36325A46252)" with a short 34G valve which is currently not available in the US o_O

BUT i was able to order it from Europe via: https://www.ersatzteile-motorrad-bmw.de/bmw-motorrad/zuordnung_der_ersatzteile/36325A46252

Found this which fits perfectly and is available in the USA: Drag Specialties HD Inner Tubes For Harley

I didn’t realize how hard to get they are. You should buy a few just in case if you plan on staying stock. I changed to the forged rims with the tubeless radials in the front and tubeless bias in the rear. Expensive! 🤷🏼‍♂️. But I like the look and you lose about 100 pounds of sprung weight equivalent given the forged wheels are so much lighter. You can really tell the difference in handling and quickness

Is that for both tires? Glad I saw this. I assumed any tube would work and bought tubes for 16-inch tires. Disregard, I see that it's just for the rear and the front is different as well. Thanks for this post.

Yes, actually, both the front and rear tires use the same tube 🤞
