probably pulling the trigger and get an R18 calssic soon, need some ideas on extended warranties, pricing
got a 2016 k1600 gtle w warranty but not really needed it till now

As for pricing... get the best deal that you can. ;) I managed to haggle the price down a bit and even got $100 off the price of a Weekender seat (which is still on backorder). You probably already know this, but each dealership is different and how well the R18s are selling in your area vs availability will be a factor.
Personally I'm not a fan of extended warranties but I'm also a mechanic, so I may not be the guy to give guidance there. I expect some of the other members will weigh-in on that concept.

My friend, if you are going to think everything, you’re no even going to have children!!! (Lol) make a test drive AND (yes a big and) if you need to try several times is not your bike. But if you turn around looking back to see it once a again, that’s the bike
