Passenger seat backrest install question

I have a 2021 R18 classic with BMW soft bags and passenger seat.
I'm thinking about getting a 3rd party passenger backrest and I am wondering if I can use the existing screws/bracket currently holding the bags in place or will I need to purchase some kind of an install kit with longer screws etc. to hold the bags and the backrest together in place?

Hi Scott,

You do need to purchase a kit with longer screws and sleeves, Wunderlich has one, you also need to turn 180 degrees the bags supports when you install the backrest so they keep the same angle. It is an easy installation.
