Hi. My bike is R18TC, and I'm trying to go riding with my wife for the first time. By the way, my wife sat on the back seat as a test, and she said she's bouncing up and down, and the seat is unstable, so if there's a rider who knows how to improve the ride effectively, please reply.

There is a single torx bolt at the rear of the seat, check that it is fully
tightened, you may have to remove the pad on the front of the top box
for ease of access, this is held in place by 2 more bolts inside the top box.
There are 4 bolts at the back of the box, you need to undo the 2 inner
ones to release the back pad.
