Folks,
So the right cylinder has a prominent screw that does two things: secure the auxiliary spark plug behind a plastic cover and serve as a ground point for a negative terminal when jump-starting.
The left cylinder has a much simpler screw that does only the first thing mentioned.
I was unable to remove mine from my bike for some reason and I ended up stripping the head.
The reason I bring any of this up is, you can't seem to find or order the ground support point screw online.
You can, however, see it referenced in the rider's manual on page 13, General View, Right Side, and page 97-98, Jump-Starting.
I asked my local dealer with no luck and sent BMW an email, I'll share an update if they help.
BMW might need to update their catalogues if no-one can find this right cylinder screw.

Maybe try calling Max BMW out of their CT shop; I found the below image with Part No. listed, I'm not sure if the Jump-Start Gound Terminal is a single piece or a combination of Parts 6 & 9.

Either way, the folks at Max BMW are extremely knowledgeable and helpful in chasing down these types of questions:

Parts 6 and 9 belong to the base of the cylinder-head and plastic cover. The screw in question would be located where part 7 belongs.

Max BMW were helpful in bringing my attention to the "Jump Start Terminal" screw, which we can find underneath the right side cover.

Unfortunately, though they are the same shape, they are not the same size.

If anyone has any luck locating other screws that are the same shape as indicated above [61 21 8 537 798] please share!

Why were you trying to remove it?

It sounds like you still have it in place; however, you can't remove it due to the mangled Torx head?
Two reasons, to see if I could and to access the auxiliary spark plug.

It should have come off easily. I did not anticipate the screw putting up such a fight that I end up stripping it.

I may try to remove it with a vice grip and replace the screw with a simple one, such as the left cylinder's. [07 12 9 907 403]
