I was able to erase the codes but don't ask me how I did it!

Here it is. Just do what this guy does and you'll be fine.
Pay attention to the whole sequence, try to replicate it and you should be fine.
Had problems with the OBDLink LX and MotoScan for the past couple of days and I couldn't get them to access the ECM of my 2021 FE
Just pay close attentions to the steps he takes in order to get access to the menu for his particular bike.
