My Brother in law backed his F150 into my R18 and it pushed over. Only damage was a scrape to the right chrome cylinder cover.. I ordered a replacement from BMW and it came in $559 for a Chrome potmetal cover.

Did my first oil change on both the engine and final drive. Really easy and the access to the filter and oil plugs is well laid out ( engineered). They really did a nice job engineering this bike.
 
I have a rule. Never park a vehicle in a residential driveway unless it is your drive and no vehicle is in front of it. Don't ask me how I know.
 
That is an amazing price to pay for a simple engine cover ! ! !
