Anyone else have issues with unread alerts now showing up with a blue background, black text?

Thought I'd ask everyone first before I forward this to site admin, as I use firefox on linux as my main browser, and didn't know if this is a site incompatibility issue?

This problem started about a month or so ago, the contrast of blue background, black text makes it impossible to read each alert.

Thank god I am not the only one. I thought I did something on the settings and could not find the solution. The issue is that one cannot read the heading when a new post or answer is published.
