Moved from Miami to Los Angeles only to find out that you need a M1 license for even a 49cc Scooter.

So, my girl says we don't need the Vino's anymore... SOOOOO

Anyone in S. Cali interested?
 
DUI drivers buy em in states where no License is needed.Funny,I could not see riding one around LA as folks would run ya down.
Try Craigslist in Tucson/Phoenix,Az
Pretty sure no permit is needed here.

Funny they are called VINO's (wine).
By the way,my wife has a Honda Lead and I have a Honda Rebel in Vietnam.We are visiting family and planing a trip to Hanoi next week.
There is a special licsence for anything above 150cc here and you need a licsence to drive any scooters here.I have the 150+ and can also drive a car here.I don't and won't operate a car here.The scotters are really good here with the Vietnamese but my Rebel is the perfect sice since it is the same bike frame as a Rebel 500 twin except it a single cylinder thumper.
