I can tell you from first-hand experience on the Classic, Bagger, and TC... The highest setting is too hot and should only be used for heating the grips up quickly.
Does your dash show a grip with three dots below it?
My Classic (with the same front end rake as the base r18) is my day bike and is for cruising and looking good. Drags hard parts too often to carve corners. Rear suspension set up for me at 180lbs which is 4 clicks.
My previous Bagger and now Trans Continental is the choice for carving corners...
I still have an extra set that I am willing to give to anyone that wants them. Free pickup in Lancaster Pa. All I ask is that you ride with me and maybe buy an ice cream or a burger.
There is a procedure with pictures on page 193 of the owners manual. That is how I found out. I was using the R18B manual, so maybe on another page if you have a different model.
I have a RoadStyler sissy bar and rack that came off my Bagger. I can only assume that it will fit the Rocktane. You can have it if you can pick it up in Lancaster,PA.
Somewhere in North Central Pa. I got lost for 580ish miles today.
I have no idea why this platform will not post my pics correctly… sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Uggh.
