Nice. Pretty sure that's from Barrington. I was sitting on that exact bike a couple weeks ago. Very, VERY sharp custom paint job. Nice pickup! None of the photos I've seen yet of this bike do that point justice. It nearly glows.

I lived in Lemon Grove in the mid '90s and still go there for my old neighborhood taco shop when I am in town. Let's see how the weather turns out. Current plan is to head north up PCH, but if there's too much rain in the works, then south and east may be the alternate.

Thanks for the help on this. Since I am flying from Chicago to LAX with everything, I don't think I can count on the panniers to get my stuff to the bike. :). I will certainly redistribute things once I am on the bike and have them as a resource though. Definitely need to put everything in one...

Thanks for the perspective. It is a large bag. I like how that model comes with a detachable backpack which would make it nearly within the FAA regs for a carryon. I think I'll need to review my packing list. I am hoteling or at an Air BNB each night, so no camping gear. I am going to be...
