    Auxiliary LED Running Headlights Installation

Yes, the auxiliary lights go on first with built in bracket. If you want the signal lights, add the bracket and screw them on with one screw.

    Auxiliary LED Running Headlights Installation

I fabricated a 90• bracket and reconfigured the signal lights to mount below and outside of the auxiliary lights. I’ll take pictures of the assembly tomorrow. I tried to purchase the brackets but they are only sold together with the new signal lights for about $360 not counting new wire...

    Auxiliary LED Running Headlights Installation

I had to move my signal lights because I am in the process of again changing the handlebar from a 6.5 mini ape hanger to a 12” custom ape hanger. The stock signal placement would clutter the custom handlebar. I also felt that the windshield was diffusing the signal lights. I like them below...

So glad I have crash bars!!

Thank you for sharing Scott. Excellent advice for 74yr old w back operation, both knee replacements, and upcoming right shoulder replacement. Have a lot of respect for the R18 weight but love it!! No, I don’t plan to switch to the R1400😄

    My fishtail exhaust project

I agree with you on every aspect Dave! I would love 230 rear tire but handling would be scary at the Dragons Tail! But the side jugs just wants a little bit more (200) if I can safely keep the stock wheel. For the people that have made the conversion and tire experts on safety, please chime in.

    My fishtail exhaust project

Dave, that is an awesome throaty sound🙀. It would be nice to hear a hard take off!! Move over Harley!! Rear end is sexy. If that rear wheel is not 200 wide, when are you changing😄. I like the cool side jugs plate!! Very appropriate!! Please show side profile pics.

    My fishtail exhaust project

Hey Dave, did you scuff sand before painting black? Is that flat black or matte black high heat paint? Did you use the same paint on the exhaust and cat pipes? I think it would look good on my slashed cut fish tail!

    My fishtail exhaust project

Awesome!! Yes!! Who said that Harley is the only bike that is customizable!! And this coming from a Harley biker since 1970.

That is some pretty welding job Dave!! Why are you coating instead of polishing the stainless steel?

    WalzWerks Bobber Kit, finally

Did you ever mount the 200/60/16 on your stock rim? Did you confirm that the stock 16” rim is 5.5” width? Does it look wider than the 180? The BMW motorcycle dealer in Charleston, SC, said that I wouldn’t benefit with stock rim because the narrow rim will pull the sidewalls in. Your thoughts...

Another option is to slash cut the back end which opens up approximately 75% for better, deeper tone. The internals to the slash cut kept intact.
