I was surprised, the pipes still have some sort of baffle despite removing the insert. It is NOT a straight through pipe.

Sorry for delayed response. I recently purchased R18 FE with ~1k miles on it and replaced the fishtails with V&H pipes.

Let me know if still looking for slip-on's? Replacing mine with different brand.
