    Thanks for posting the letters. The implication is that BMW UK carried on delivering R18s after March knowing the “stop” notice had been issued without informing customers, me included. I suspected this was the case and the letter confirms it so I’ll be asking my dealer for his comments on this.

    Can any UK owners with a reverse recall letter post a copy of their letter? I am trying to establish exactly when BMW UK notified owners as I have not received anything. If you’d prefer not to publish a copy then could you at least let me know the date on it?

    Roctane removable passenger backrest

    Apologies if this has been covered before (I did search but found nothing). Has anyone found a quick-release passenger backrest for a Roctane (possibly the same for a B)? Thanks
