ebay Mini LED front turn signals.

Hi, hoping I can get some help, I have installed a pair of the eBay Mini LED Front turn signals which work fine, problem is I now have a light bulb warning on the dash which does not go out once bike is running. I'd really like to keep these units installed so looking for a remedy if possible.
