The extended shifter also rotates up and down slightly But have you tried rotating the shifter on the spline? I did a combination of both to adapt the shifter to my liking.

I bought the following: https://www.wunderlich.de/en/wunderlich-r-18-gear-shifter-extension-for-models-with-footboard-18200-200 It allows for adjustment back and forward. I was able to use this to set the length exactly as I like it. I also have the footboards and after adding this for front and...

:ROFLMAO: Coming up for 19 and seems it will not improve over the next 11!

I bought the Meng 1/9 Scale Model not sure what to expect. It is coming together and I have to admit I am impressed with the quality of the kit and the finish on the painted parts. Was happy to get the classic in the Mars Red same as Big Red. Will not have all the same mods but it will sit in...

Something to consider for the future

Some amazing roads in that region I am very jealous. When we have visited Marbella in the past and i was forced into the rental car I could only dream of riding the bike which was then a 2005 K1200S. Now to somehow get the Red Beast there for a week or two!

Looks interesting. Would like to hear about your experience. Any other alternatives you looked at?

It is more finished than that now. It took almost 7 years of small improvements and the bar was self made. I assembled the billiard table on my own to save money. Fortunately the basement was finished when we bought the house 11 years ago and has a full height ceiling. The painting was done by...

Would fit in here but then not enough room on the bar for grown up drinks
