The first pic are the seats that came on my bike. You could leave the rear seat on the bike when using the homage solo. IMO it would look strange. In Pic 2, I laid the rear seat on the fender so you could see what it would look like.

I've only gone out for a few short rides. So far no issues. I need to change out my foot pegs to floorboards. If anyone has replaced theirs, please let me know the brand. Thanks.

Correct. I have the installation instructions that came with bracket and seat. Let me know if you want me to post it.

Thanks! The last 2 screws were a little difficult do to the limited clearance. You can't move the allen key that far. Make sure you have the homage seat adapter as well.

Hi gents. I'm Charles County, MD. I have a 2021 FE and just replaced the seat with the homage seat. Debating on changing the rear fender. Then I have to deal with getting a side mount for the license plate and wiring along with hooking up the brake lights/turn signals.

Excellent write up. I am about to do the same with my First Edition. I haven't ordered the mount and seat yet. How's comfort factor so far?
