I’m fortunate to live in Wisconsin where there is no motorcycle emissions testing and you’ll only get a sound violation if you ride like an imbecile.
Your post may be good in theory but I can tell you that my real world experience has shown that it is not the case. Opening up the exhaust does not eliminate all back pressure, it only reduces it. And along with freeing up the intake with an open filter it makes more power. The Brenn tune...
I didn’t want to comment while the auction was live. But those wheels just don’t fit the R18 at all.
A set of Kineo tubeless spiked wheels would have been a better choice IMHO.

And Star-Lord is correct, it has tremendous capability. A must have if you are going to service or modify your BMW.
That union is the trouble spot on so many aftermarket exhaust alternatives. The odd flow angles from the head pipe back makes for some weird looking transitions.
You would think there would be a market for someone to do it right.

Yes, I used a KlockWerks fender designed for an Indian Scout and fabricated my own mounts.
