To my knowledge, the new design specifically addressed and resolved the suspension clearance issue near the top connection under the seat. There were no other changes I've discerned in the lower bars design and positioning.

Happened a while ago, I think the error was temp dir full or something like that. Suggest copy the error message and paste into a conversation with admin.

I don't use a heel shifter so cannot advise using one with pegs, the toe shifter is fine for me. I'm fine with the brake and shift levers but i adapt easily.. If anything i'd suggest the brake pedal is a little high but I just hang my foot outside it.

I can confirm. I just installed the new ones; Wunderlich has fully resolved the issue with the design and the faulty ones were destroyed. I did have a set of the originals, returned them when the issue became apparent, and waited for the replacement. They are a wunderful addition to the bike.

I've not had an issue with scraping with the Wunderlich lowered pegs on Pure or Classic. I'd say they afford similar lean to the footpegs minus drag pegs. They are thinner than the footpegs, so the top surface is lower than the top of the peg was. They get thinner towards the ends, relieved on...

I swapped the floorboards on my TC for the R18B style footpegs, they work great for me. I got the springs, pins and clips and they swapped right over in a few minutes. Here's a link where another member has some pictures, hope this is helpful...

I've accepted the design parameters as they are, for case protection bars. It seems the bars are well positioned to protect the cases from most everyday bumps, scuffs, and scrapes. They are very well made, and I do appreciate their flowing lines to match the R18, so I'm very satisfied with them

As far as I can tell, the bars are for the most part unchanged. I grabbed a few shots of the new ones.

good thought Urich, but not too big i think... I sized them down first... working with 4 jpg's at 194k - 220k each... i tried both attach and drag/drop... both failed. note, the attach error also instructed me to contact site administrator. thanks! dave

I added Wunderlich Lowered Footpegs for Rider and Passenger on 2021 R18 Classic. I've had the Lowered Rider pegs on my other bike for some time and have grown to really like them. Used the chrome ones for Rider and the black ones for the Passenger.
