It is a setting in the ECU that I was able to activate where the front turn signals stay on at @ 30% brightness all the time ... kinda like the tail lights on the US version and just get brighter when the turn signal is activated. Something like this: Unfortunately I didn't turn on the turn...

Let me know how it goes ... please :) I see ... I really like the 'Cruising Lights' option and some of the real-time telemetry that the GS-911 does ... but as you said it sounds like a great off-line, lost cost alternative :)

Does it reset the service reminder as well? ... if yes, that really would be a hell of a bargain ... and I do own a GS-911 ... and how about turning on/off other functionalities like the 'Cruising Lights' and such?

... or do it yourself in the first place and know what was/is done ... but maybe that's just me ;)

Having replaced mine they would really have to try to break it on install ... it is a small soft rubber gadget and really hard to break ... I have 2 possible causes ... #1 over filling, even just a little too much will make the oil drool out of that breather when hot ... or an oil that doesn't...

Don't worry ... she may feel heavy when not moving ... but she will become quite nimble when she does ... have fun and enjoy!

WooHoo!!! Uschi has an anniversary today and I almost missed it ! ... I don't ride long trips and my daily commute is only @ 35 miles round trip .. so this took us a bit :LOL:

Yup ... in my experience (done it myself) even a little too much will do exactly do that ... a bit low will absolutely not hurt anything ... IMO ... and nice going! Saved yourself a big 'can-of-worms' trying to change that little breather ... trust me I did it ... not much fun at all!!
