Funny, how it might just be me that notices , but everyone of these bikes in this custom thread are so drastically modified,....... yet 98% of them still have the stock oil radiator cover. WTF ? how could that be ? leave the worst mole,wart,eyesore,pinple, blackhead, birthmark radiator cover...

When nuts like us do such evil things to an expensive beautiful exhaust system, its important to buy someone else's take off stock exhaust mufflers that they have discarded, after they themselves changed to aftermarket mufflers. This way you can always revert the system back at any time...

Thanks for the Post about the exhaust muffler modification. That was awesome. wondering if Matt used a plasma cutter to get inside the muffler to take out all the packing and baffles inside. any "scars" or cuts or welds to the back side of the muffler that affect the ascetics of the original...

This is what he states in his video, that he uses a plasma cutter ( what ever that is - I am ignorant to that tool) Possibly RhodriWalesUK can answer that question, since he had the modification done. I have not yet mailed my muffler to Matt at the Real Toy Shop as of yet.

Nope, Not at all, because the only modification that he does is to remove the mufflers and hollow them out. Nothing else is changed. The exhaust servo flap is untouched, the catalytic converters are untouched, O2 sensors are untouched. No difference ....its the same as if you removed your...

Apparently , Matt has figured out how to remove everything inside the muffler in order to hollow it out completely. He can remove all the fiberglass packing in the walls and all internals.

The LMC unit is beautiful. But the cost is the deterrent, and dealing with LMC is apparently extremely difficult and problematic.

It is so hard to judge the loudness of any horn or exhaust on video.....unless someone is having a conversation at the same time to see how the sound of what is being judges drowns out their conversation.

Found this oil cooler cover googling around......I really like it. It has the twin kidney grill look of BMW's. (cars) Looks to be very close to the stock cover ( probably to keep same air flow) with the two chrome kidney shaped vents added on ?? Custom bike made by "Garage 221" in Italy...

Are the Wundrlich foot pegs approximately the same size ( foot rest surface area) as the flat top R18B pegs ? from the photos you posted both the flat top R18B pegs and the Wunderlich pegs look to be roughly the same size regarding the actual foot resting surface area. is that correct ?
