I had the noise since new, then very loud, when the Michelin commado was almost worn. Then I swapped to the 16' wheel (one from a Classic) instead of the 18', with a new "fat" Michelin Commando. No noise anymore. The culprit is the 18' tire.

Had it done + Update. No trouble. It seems they had to remove the gears levers, because I had to re-adjust them when back home.

The previous appointment, I had to cancel it, was 1 hour only. It was 3 weeks ago.

My appointment also includes overnight stay for soft update. They gave me no details, but they never do ... Except for the first one about the "whining" fuel pump. I think it's more than the reverse concern. We don't know either what they are doing when Windows updates. I have no concern about...

I experienced a "chrome" powder coating on a rack for my R1200C Montauk. Looks very hard and durable.

I paid around 300 euros but it was on 09/2020. I used to let the keys on my top case lock when in my garage. And what had to happen did happen... I went riding with the keys on the lock. I was happy to call my wife to bring me my spare. I could finaly retrive the lost key. And never let it on...

I ordered a second key immediately the day of the delivery when I realised they gave just one. No problem to have two Keys set on the same bike. The job is done at the factory. Just be ready to drop a few hundreds bucks...

The ateliers Ruby doesn't exist anymore. They bankrupted. Theses luxurious helmets where built in China.. I realised that 6 month ago as I planed to visit their shop in Paris. Those who bought one of their helmets now own a collector. Use Google translate...

No regret so far. I made a 1300 km trip 3 weeks ago, in a complete comfort.
