I had a base R18 but the number of things it can do beyond resetting the service intervals is amazing. If you have a bike with more equipment this tool is invaluable.

Not sure, but there are so many counterfeit items on those Chinese sites I personally wouldn’t buy anything there. I would also be concerned about being able to upload any of regular updates from HEX.
