    Hello, from Paraguay

If you could be so kind to take some detailed pictures of the bottom of the seat and the mounting points it would be greatly appreciated.

    Handlebar question...

I’m getting the feeling that BMW Motorcycles USA is just a small marketing and logistics organization to give BMW a footprint on US soil. Thus far they have been unable to answer any questions, always say they will call back, and seem to have zero decision making capabilities in their ranks...

    Custom bags and minor tweaks

Bags look good! Great job on the mounts. The fork bag and headlight trim is a subtle touch, and while BMW didn’t offer it I see it as another way that customizable changes can court normally non BMW owners over to the brand. Curious to see the helmet when it comes in. Occasionally you will find...

Welcome to the group Nate! I’m sure you cannot wait for the tundra to subside and be riding again.

    Hattech Exhaust

€2300 for that!?! It looks like it was done in someone’s garage after a few pints. I am hoping that the real product will have a better look than that.

    Exhaust Systems

    Hagerty Love for the R18

About time someone started posting all the wonderful things that BMW packed into the R18. Especially the fact that a bike manufacturer known for producing the most technologically advanced motorcycles turned the tables on their competition and made a retro styled motorcycle with technology...

Today ride in Gorges de la Loire, France

Correct... If you are not used to it, it is awkward at first. It is worth every penny to go to the MSF course, especially if it is one that has bike rentals. Use their bikes to learn, rather than dropping your own.

Today ride in Gorges de la Loire, France

This is a challenge.. I have been doing some practicing in the local school with my R18, for very sharp turns you have to shift your ass off the seat a little more than normal and balance between power and rear brake. Give it time and practice and you'll have it down good. Took me about 6...
