Yes, the back plate. I have not reached out to them. I lost one of the springs a while back and asked them about that and they suggested I go to the hardware store. I assume the response will be similar? I'll find a local welder and it'll be fixed in no time. Just need to do it.

here. I just noticed it is happening on the other side as well but it isn't all the way off. The right side came completely undone. I should probably find a guy who can weld it back together, my solution looks a bit ghetto.

Finally got my GPS mounted and wired. It's directly to the battery for now, but I just learned there is a direct port that can be plugged into. I may look into doing that if this becomes a phantom drain. So far it has not, but I can't seem to stay off this thing for more than a day or two so...
