Yes, the back plate. I have not reached out to them. I lost one of the springs a while back and asked them about that and they suggested I go to the hardware store. I assume the response will be similar? I'll find a local welder and it'll be fixed in no time. Just need to do it.
here. I just noticed it is happening on the other side as well but it isn't all the way off. The right side came completely undone. I should probably find a guy who can weld it back together, my solution looks a bit ghetto.
do you have any problems with the welded mounts near the ends failing? Mine both have and I've got them kinda rigged up but it isn't really pretty, or permanent..
