I stop, leave the bike in 1st gear, touch the power button to shut off. I disconnected my kickstand switch for when parking outdoors, I can use engine power to move enough to get the kickstand exactly where I want it when parked. Then I press the power button. I never use the kill switch.
yes, 22-24mm, they cover the hole but aren't big enough to stay in from friction alone , they would stay in with some adhesive. Maybe the next size larger. I'm NOT going to use them. I might try the next size larger but its not at the top of my "to do list".
BMW LOUDSPEAKER part number 77 52 2 469 294. Came on the bike from the dealer! I took that off too, changing handlebars to a low touring bar. No windshield, bags, bars, passenger seat, or loudspeaker. Keeping the auxiliary lights.
I have removed my windshield and someone else posted that these fit. I haven't ordered them but saved them on my amazon account, to order at some point
What size rear? Stock is 180/65/16 I think. Will 200/60/16 fit with stock rear fender? Just for the look! I think the marathon looks better with slightly more grooves, and I never ride in the rain and avoid highways.
My impression of the bike is the side to side twisting force of the engine gives me a feeling that I am unfamilar with. With time, I have gotten used to it and really enjoy the feeling of power when the engine twists. Unique to my riding experiences. Like riding a wild beast!
