2024 R18 Classic Option 719
Hello everyone

I've bought a new 2024 R18 Classic Option 719 in Moonstone White recently at a great discount and just waiting for delivery.

I'm hanging onto my 2012 Triumph Thunderbird 1600 even though the R18 is 'expected' to be it's replacement.

Anyone else coming from that same bike?

Post a picture when you get it, always nice to see another one out in the wild 👍

Congratulations! Where in Canada? I’m in Kingston
Thanks ... I'm in Brampton outside the GTA. Have family in Brighton and was just there this past weekend.

Was out to The Highlands twice in Sep ... I hear there are some amazing roads too north of Kingston.

Great roads here in Kingston and surrounding areas. Been enjoying them for years on my sport bikes. I haven't experienced them on a Cruiser as yet. Just picked up mine yesterday in Milton ON.

I lóve looking on Google maps for the members´regions and get an rough idea of the infrastructure. It adds perspective to their riding experiences. From vast distances to far away horizons, others circumbventing lakes galore or wííde asfalt jungles before leaving tinned congestions to range anxiety through desert and neck aching twisties though mountain ranges. The respective views on the steeds ridden múst be seen in this perspective.
Same thing the local traffic: New York city, LA highways. Madrid M30, Paris Peripherique are not the same as a sleepy village in inland Spain. Again the daily riding experience cannot be taken for granted as the same as your own.

Over here the A-7204 -> A-4152 -> MA-156 (Vva del Gauche a Alfarnate a Periana) is typical for off the Highway/interstate.
I live right at the A-7203 (Vva del Rosario - Vva del Trabuco).
Yesterday came from Tejar over the N-331 to Benamejí and the hairpin just after crossing the river Genil....is a tight hairpin because of the incline    Should have warning ´Vespas Only!´.

I think I know the bike you bought as I had an eye on it as well when I was looking around ... similar to the one up in Orillia?

Very well might be the same bike. I was looking at one in Orillia and Milton. Ended with the one in Milton. It having a lien was scaring me away but I covered it with BMWFS and got the bike home. The one in Orillia is very nice as well but Milton was closer. Now to get it safetied and plated.
