R18 100 years
Good afternoon everyone,

I am the owner of a 100 years R18, it did not come with the DWA anti-theft/alarm from the factory.
Two part numbers keeps coming up for a retrofit application: 65751541294 or 77531541294

Now if I was able to find the correct part number, would I be able to just plug and play? I've read on some other BMW forums that some require a trip to the dealer, and some people on certain bikes and just plug and play. I did get a quote from my local BMW shop for around $600. Which is abour $150 or so over the cost of the unit. Which might not be a bad idea seeing I wouldn't have to have any guesswork, just drop it off.

I didn't see any threads with anyone saying they successfully did it, and what part number was used, or if they required a dealer trip. I've found threads referencing part numbers and potential cost, thats about it.

Saddelbags, engine bars, and aux lights+ windscreen are ahead of this project, but it's one I wanted to get my head around straight. Unfortunately BMWs website isn't as friend as say, Kawasakis for accessories, which is a shame, its way to complicated and time consuming to figure out all the parts and p/ns in order to do a simple accessory like the windscreen or aux lights.

Hexcode just updated their GS911 software which has a new option to add an alarm.

YOUR GS-911 DIAGNOSTICS AND GS-911WIFI WEB APPLICATION FUNCTIONALITY

This update now provides you with the ability to configure your motorcycle's electronics (code the Instrument Cluster, Body Controller, and change the Vehicle Order) for the retrofit or removal of the following accessories:
- Alarm
- Auxiliary headlights (aka LED fog lights)
- Heated Grips
- LED Indicators
This provides you with OEM functionality on any BMW motorcycle with the K001 chassis and is accessible from the Selected or Detected vehicle menus.

Hello,
I have done my research well and let me share which part goes well with it as i did confirm it with BMW only.
About the port you gonna use will be there under the rider seat which I will share a picture of later when I will be installing it. In the mean time let me share the device details.
I know your post is very old but I am a new member here and got to see your question and found out that no solution was present so replied. Hope it will help others and to you too in case you are not done yet.
Have a good one.

So that means the wiring and plugs do already exsist? Could you perhaps upload some pictures of it?

I installed one on my CE04 scooter. I assume that all of the bikes that are capable of having an alarm as an option are pre-wired. Used the GS911 to program it.
