I’m assuming you removed the headers prior to installing the wraps, right? If so, did you reuse the gaskets when reinstalling? Also, did you use the same silver-colored, high temp lubricant/sealant that goes when changing mufflers? What torque would be adequate for the headers?
Btw and as I...
Is anyone interested in selling me the small plate that comes in the homage seat mounting kit? It is the one that goes in the rear fender (see highlighted item in yellow). I figured maybe someone who installed the homage seat and switched to a bobber fender or else who will not use it. Long...
Question on the Wilbers rear shock. Is it better than the stock for the R18b? I ask this because for what I read the Ws are definitely an improvement over the stock for the R18 - and I definitely don’t love taking a long curve even at 65mph with my R18, but I do feel that the R18b is extremely...
Does anyone know the part number of the OEM lockable fuel cap? When I search online I only see the Roland Sands ones -either black or machined, but not the ones that come originally with the bike.

Got it, thanks! I ask because I did try to use the OEM bolts but I wouldn’t know how to start tightening the upper one as the bolt is round and there is not a tiny gap between front of bolt and end of damper.
