That recover the washers

So, just unscrew the long bolts, revolver the washers and fir it all back together then your ready to reinstall the bag?

I tried just unscrewing the two long bolts but washers between bags and bikes hit the floor. Is there no other way to quick realease the bags that doesn’t involve fitting all the washers back in place?
