I bought one of these from Amazon for my Classic. Makes life a lot more pleasant! I bought it thinking if it worked I’d invest in a Puig or similar screen extender but I haven’t changed it & I’ve ridden a lot of miles with it on. So may be worth trying one & if it doesn’t work for you it’s $15...
I fell for the R18 when I first saw one in 2019 when I bought an R1200R from a Motorrad dealer. Never thought I’d own one but after my Dad died in July 2022 I bought one-a 6 month old first edition Classic. I’ve lost money on it no doubt but I bought it as I believe it is a work of art both...
Bought 2016. Jacket is size 54 & jeans are 52 regular leg. I’m the model in the pics & I’m 6’ & 13st.

I’ve recently bought the BMW Day Long seat which is wider than the stock seat & I find much more comfortable. The pillion seat padding is twice as thick as the standard one & slightly wider too. The seats have the BMW logo but are made by Mustang.
Just noticed the screen extension you’ve fitted. Does it make a difference & where did you get it? I’ve been thinking of getting one as I get a fair bit of buffeting. Cheers
Good job & IMO they look more at home than the factory bars.
I love my Classic but I’m now looking for ways to improve my comfort. I’m starting with a Day Rider seat I’ve purchased from a fellow forum member & this could be the next mod to my bike.
