Stick to your original plan and grind down the circle bits, then get them powder coated gloss black to match your bike’s colour, get short polished alloy bolts and put your new badges on and it will look fantastic (put rubber grommets on the bolt ends to prevent scratching your rocker covers)...

Will look brilliant when completed. I’m getting mine powder coated Gloss Black then getting them engraved with either an inner circle and cross (No ‘BMW’) or with inner circle then ‘Final Edition’… Opinions would be nice on which one.

The bits that were dodgy, were they done by the previous owner or a “Professional” ? Are they Kellerman or BMW rear indicator/brake lights?
