I'd keep it, even if you have an itch that you need to scratch; for me, I like the new HD Street Glide CVO St or Road Glide CVO St even though my R18 is mechanically and feature wise is a more robust platform.

I couldn't imagine walking away from my R18 Model B for nothing less than $15k to $17k; I'd rather keep it and pass it down to one of my boys, to enjoy the bike for father son rides..

When I bougt mine in Oct. 2025, I realize from the start that they are not easy to be sold even with much more extras in the starting price then Harley's ( personaly I think the engine is much superior then a Harley, 114 until 2019 Harley making a resarch have a lot of issues ) and that because they was having huge differnce on the price with just a few milages and year then a older Harley at least in UK and the only problem which I can see on R18 is the 400 kilo's, how ever even the Harley 1800 is to the same weight but is but it is divided in a different way ! So what I want to say is you need to have the knowloadge from the beginning that is going to be difficult to resell it, ( at least for now ) maybe latter the things are going to change. Me like member Star-Lord from the start I said this bike is going to remain to my boy, I am 58 maybe I will drive it for another 10 years, from october until now I take it out about 6 times and maybe I done about 600 miles ( here in Scotland the weather is not to good all the time and I do not intend to get out from my garage if is raining and I will drive it in the rain only if I will get caught by the rain on the way to my destination!).

J'ai acheté la mienne en septembre 2025, j'approchais des 66 ans.
J'ai parcouru plus de 5000 km depuis et j'y prends de plus en plus de plaisir.
Effectivement le poids reste un handicap à très faible vitesse mais je m'y suis fait et j'espère bien être toujours dessus dans 10 voire 15 ans !

Go light and you grow old..... easy bike for a healthy 75yo I reckon.
